使用方法

粘着層に基板を押しつけて貼り付けてください。
基板が変形しないようにゆっくりと取り外してください。
サンプルの粘着層にはカバーフィルムがついています。
カバーフィルムをはずしてご使用ください。

適用プロセス

レジスト現像・エッチング・剥離等
薬液の種類によっては使用できない可能性がありますので、
ご使用の際はお客様の環境であらかじめご確認ください。

粘着力

２水準
　　Ｆグレード：弱タイプ（主にフレキシブル基板用）
　　Ｒグレード：強タイプ（主にリジッド基板用）

粘着層

シリコン系
使用するにしたがってダスト等の付着により粘着力が徐々に
低下します。その際は専用クリーニングペンで清浄にして
ご使用ください（ＥＬＮ−ＣＬ１ＰＥＮ）。
粘着力が回復しない場合は、交換用粘着テープをご使用くだ
さい（ＥＬＦＢＴ−ＬＤ１）。

注意

本製品は、低分子量シロキサンを含有します。低分子量シロ
キサンを含む材料の使用が好ましくない用途では、本製品を
使用しないでください。

How to use

- Press the edge of the thin material onto the adhesive
region of EL-LB1 and insert them into the processor.
- Divide them apart carefully after the process.
(Remove protective film on the adhesive region before the initial use.)

Applicable to

- Development, Etching, Stripping, etc.
- Before using EL-LB1, please test it off-lined and make sure
there is no problem in your process condition.

Adhesive power

2 grades
　　F Grade : Weak type, suitable for FPC
　　R Grade : Strong type, suitable for Rigid Boards

Adhesive layer

Silicone
If adhesive power degrades, please wipe the adhesive region
with Cleaning Pen (ELN-CL1PEN), or replace the adhesive
region with Replacement Adhesive Tape (ELFBT-LD1).

CAUTION

EL-LB1 contains low-molecular-weight Siloxane.
Do not use EL-LB1 for application which requires
contamination-freeness for low-molecular Siloxane.
